Supportive In-Home Care Services

Mountain Respite and In-home Care Services LLC will provide the following services to our clients according to their individual needs and as specified in their service agreement. These services are offered to our clients in accordance with Colorado non-medical home care regulations, while ensuring safety and fostering independence.

Companion Care/Homemaker Services

Assistance with daily living activities such as Meal preparation, Light housekeeping, Errands, and Companionship to promote social interaction and Emotional support.

$25-$35 Hourly Rate (4 Hour min.)

Personal Care Services

Includes Companion care services, as well as Assistance with hygiene, Grooming, Dressing, Bathing, Toileting assistance, Incontinence care, Medication reminders, R.O.M exercise/ Stretching and Mobility assistance.

$35-$45 Hourly Rate (4 Hour min.)

Respite Care Services

Temporary relief for primary caregivers to allow for rest or personal time while ensuring continuous care for your loved one. Rates are based on the level of care needed, the service length, as well as Service frequency (scheduled respite care service).

$35-$50 Hourly Rate (3 Hour min)

Daily Setup & Wind-Down Services

Assistance with morning and evening routines designed to promote structure, comfort, and security for clients living independently or semi- independently.

$35-$45 Hourly Rate (4 Hour min.)

Morning Readiness Services

Wake-up assistance, Grooming and or bathing, Breakfast preparation, Light cleaning, Medication reminders, R.O.M exercises/Morning stretches, Activity planning, and safety checks.

Evening Wind-Down Service

Bedtime preparation/Comfort routines, Grooming and or bathing, Meal preparation, Light cleaning, Medication reminders, R.O.M exercises/Evening stretches, and Safety checks

Transportation Assistance

Help with transportation for appointments, errands, and social outings.

$25-$30 Hourly Rate
